Meeting cost, right inside Google Calendar.
Burnmeter adds cost context to every calendar event — no tab switching, no extra tools. Just open an event and see what it costs, then join the call for a live cost counter that keeps ticking, backed by Google Calendar sync that stays current automatically.
Status: Install via ZIP using Chrome Developer mode — Web Store listing pending.
See cost inside Google Calendar
Get the meeting total right in the event popup instead of switching back to the dashboard.
Live cost counter inside Google Meet
The same extension keeps running inside the call, so you watch the dollar total tick up live — not just before the meeting starts.
Stays in sync with Google Calendar
Meeting time, attendees, and duration update automatically as Calendar events change — the badge never shows stale numbers.
Per-attendee cost breakdown
Open an event to see cost broken down by attendee, not just a single total for the meeting.
Map untracked attendees fast
Open the Burnmeter side panel, resolve missing employees, and keep the event context in place.
Stay synced with Burnmeter
Your event cost, attendee state, and account data stay tied to the same Burnmeter workspace.
How it works
Three steps from download to live cost.
Download the ZIP, unzip it, then go to chrome://extensions — enable Developer mode and click "Load unpacked". Select the unzipped folder.
Sign in with your Burnmeter account so the extension can pull your team's salary and attendee data.
Open any Google Calendar event. Burnmeter shows the meeting cost directly in the popup.
Install notes
What to know before you install.
Why ZIP instead of the Chrome Web Store?
Our Chrome Web Store listing is pending review. Until it's approved, you install via ZIP using Chrome's built-in Developer mode — no third-party tools needed.
Is Developer mode safe to enable?
Yes. Developer mode is a standard Chrome setting for loading extensions from your local machine. You can disable it again after installing Burnmeter without affecting the extension.
Does it work for the whole team or just me?
Each team member installs the extension individually and signs in with their own Burnmeter account. Cost data is shared across your workspace automatically.
Can I see meeting cost live, during the call?
Yes. The Chrome extension shows cost before and after a meeting from Calendar data, and switches to a live running total once you join the call in Google Meet.
Does the extension keep up with Google Calendar changes?
Yes. If attendees, time, or duration change on a Calendar event, the extension recalculates cost automatically the next time you open it — no manual refresh needed.
Put meeting cost where the meeting lives.
Download the extension, sign in once, and see cost context on every Google Calendar event.
